Telemedicine appointments are an easy alternative to in-office visits. These function like your in-office visit, but from the convenience of your home.
New Patients:
If you are a new patient and have never been on CPAP, just request Telemedicine, and your scheduler will know what to do. You will receive an email from us asking you to fill all your forms on your phone/computer. It helps to complete these ahead of time.
CPAP users:
If you are new to our practice and are already on CPAP, please let your scheduler know. Please give the scheduler:
- Your machine make and model.
- Your mask make and size.
- Your Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider’s name and location.
- Location of your prior sleep study, and approximate year.
Telemedicine appointments may incur a copay and are billed to your insurance just as in-office appointments.
